Where did that come from?
Someone put a four-way stop sign on Lower Beaver Rd. Seriously, at *ahem* around 8 in the morning, I am on autopilot. If I hadn’t been behind a bus, I would never have seen that stop sign until I was already through it. Whose idea was this, anyway?

Yikes, that’s not cool. Usually when cities put up new road signs, stop lights, etc., they have signs 2+ weeks in advance warning of the new sign. These warnings are placed in advance of where the stop sign will be located.
Then, the warnings stay, the actual stop sign goes up, but is covered up, so you know it is a stop sign, but not in effect yet.
After that, the signs warning of the new addition remain, and the stop sign is uncovered and goes into effect.
