Trust me, it’s a good deal.

I spent my first night in my new apartment last night, which was a bit strange. All I’ve moved in so far is a futon mattress and some clothes. My place is so awesome, though. I’m pretty much upstairs from everybody in Des Moines except maybe the governor. My first waking thought this morning was, “Is that the governor’s dog making all that noise?” It wasn’t. I don’t even know if he has a dog. But it could have been his dog, and that is what matters.
